This is an Ariel picture of the Peninsula home. The nearest neighbor is about 150 ft down a secluded drive around the corner and away from eye and ear shot. It is on the end of classy Morton St. , an area of million dollar estates, in Grassy Key just out side of The New City of Marathon. The beach is a sun tanning beach and is wrapped discretely around the corner from the open Gulf. 

The Kitchen in the Peninsula is well laid out, as is the rest of the home. Here is the serving counter that abuts the dining area, it is on the end of the large cathedral great  room that is the main wing of the home. A porch runs the entire outside of the great room with large sliders that open up for the panoramic views.

This is the large great room and living room area, it encompasses most of the longer end of the gull wing part of the home. The layout is so that the view is available for an incredible 180 degrees or more from the living room to the porch in the master bedroom. Across the bay, the only sound is from the Dolphin Research Center, a great place for activities like swimming with the dolphins.
