This page is the information page for The Princess Conch Pool Home.

This is a picture of the front of the Princess Conch, as you can see it is a split level 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The master suit is the entire upstairs of the home with a large heart shaped Jacuzzi tub. The patio off the back of the home at that level is great for sunning. It is #11 on our map and is only 1800/wk in season.

This is a picture of the porch that runs down the entire length of the Canal Side of the home. It is fully screened and very large with French doors that open so that it becomes part of the living room area in the fall. This picture is right after Hurricane Georges which is why the side screen is non-existent

This is the dining area just inside of the porch, The Princess Conch is set up to sleep a total of 9 people. There is a King in the Master, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, and 2 double futons in the living room. Home is totally furnished with TV, vcr, and many other conveniences that will make your stay more enjoyable. Sorry no smoking inside, there is plenty of room on the Screened Porch.

This is the pool at the Princess Conch, The Canal is also a great place to swim, with clear water throughout, and many interesting fishes- it is one house back from a large lagoon. This pool is special because it has a 5.5' Depth, but also has an area around the back that is a bench where everyone can hang out- you can see it where the steps go in, it follows around the whole back side.

This is another angle shot of the pool over the privacy fence to the left of this home. More pictures coming soon of the beautiful master suite with heart shaped Jacuzzi tub as soon as I get an open week to make it in to the home. 

  This is the View from the Porch of the Princess Conch, As you can see it is only one house back from a beautiful lagoon. At the one side of the lagoon is the Direct Gulf, and the Vaca Cut is less than ten minutes to the North. This home has great access and 75' of Dockage for you vacationers with more than one boat. A nice fish cleaning table is also right on the canal, if you have been able to catch some of our fine fresh Florida Game fish, or Yellowtail.
